About Mediator

Certified Mediator Susanna James brings years of experience in business, public, government and non-profit sectors. She has experience in working through complicated situations and has deep personal interest and expertise in facilitating cooperative solutions involving Elders. As our population ages, the need for clarity in communication and understanding of difficult situations grows. Older adults are living longer and there are many issues which require broad and specific experience in handling health care, living arrangements and multi-generations of concerned family members.

She welcomes all inquiries to Finding Common Ground and partners with human services, senior service providers, attorneys and community liasons in order to serve the needs and interests of older adults. Her mediation practice focuses on bringing points of view to a neutral setting and resolving conflicts. All primary parties are encouraged to come from where they live, even out of state, to meet for the convenience of the elder.
